AWANA and Youth Program

AWANA and Our Youth Program Meets Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm

6:00 – 6:20 Snack is served

AWANA Registration Form – each child attending AWANA must have a form completed by the parent. You may include all children in K-5 on the same form. Please print the document and complete it. This form has room for more than one child.

To attend AWANA, each child must be at least five years old and attending regular Kindergaten (K5) through 5th grade.

Transportation Permission Form – Due to limited space, we ask that parents bring their child to the activities and pick them up. However, if you are unable to do that, each child who will be picked up by The Ministry Machine or other vehicle must have a form completed by the parent. This form must be completed for EACH child. If you have three children, you will complete three forms. Instructions on getting your child picked up are inside the pdf download.

Q&A About AWANA

Who May Attend AWANA and the Youth Program?

Any child in Kindergarten and above may attend. Those in K – 5th grade will attend AWANA. Those in 6th grade and above will attend the Youth Program.

Can my child get a ride?

We ask that you drive your child if you are able to so that we have space for all the children whose parents cannot drive them. But, yes, your child may get a ride. The minimum age for a child to ride in the van is age 5 (and in Kindergarten), even if there is an adult.

We will need a signed Rider Registration Form (this is in addition to the AWANA Registration Form) for each child. A new form is required at the start of each school year.

Please see instructions with the Rider Registration Form (available above) on how to set up a ride.

What are these Family Events?

We have family events each year where we encourage parents (and other family members) to attend with your child(ren). These include, the first night (registration forms can be completed), our Fall Festival, the Grand Prix, and the End of School Party.
